4. Acceptable Use

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or process
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

5. Your Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload. Sievin does not claim any ownership over your content.

License to Process

By uploading content, you grant Sievin a limited, non-exclusive license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your files are deleted.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any audio content. This includes having appropriate licenses for copyrighted music, permission from recording subjects, or ownership of the original content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans and Pricing

Sievin offers various subscription plans with different usage limits. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once processing minutes have been used. If you experience technical issues that prevent service delivery, please contact us for resolution.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll try to notify you in advance)
• Emergency repairs or updates
• Factors beyond our reasonable control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sievin and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
• We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
